1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the Moolah Media website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
They cover the website only. Client work is governed by a separate written proposal and service agreement signed before any engagement begins — nothing on this page replaces that.
2. Website information
Articles, pillar guides, checklists and the self-service scorecard are published as general information for restaurant operators. Restaurants differ by market, competition, category and starting position, so guidance that helps one venue will not apply identically to another.
Content is kept current as far as reasonably possible, but search platforms change frequently.
3. No ranking guarantee
Search results, map placement and platform behaviour are controlled by third parties, principally Google. Moolah Media does not guarantee particular ranking positions, traffic levels, booking volumes or revenue, and nothing on this website should be read as such a guarantee.
4. Case studies
Results shown are historical examples from specific restaurant engagements. Outcomes vary by market, competition, starting position and implementation.
The figures published are genuine and held on file. Client venues are described by market position rather than by name because we do not publish client names without written permission.
5. The free visibility audit
The audit is an initial assessment based on publicly available information and anything you share with us. It is not a guarantee of future rankings or commercial performance.
Requesting an audit is free and creates no obligation: it does not commit you to a package, and it does not commit us to taking on the work. The audit is provided for your own use; please do not republish it as independent third-party research.
6. Pricing shown on this site
Package prices are monthly starting points, exclude VAT where applicable, and assume a standard single-venue scope. Final scope and fees are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.
7. Third-party platforms
Google, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, OpenTable, TripAdvisor and other platforms referenced on this site are operated independently by their owners. References are descriptive only and do not imply partnership, endorsement, certification or affiliation.
8. Intellectual property
The written content, original analysis, charts, checklists, branding and design of this website belong to Moolah Media. You are welcome to quote short extracts with a clear link back to the source page. Republishing whole articles, or reproducing the checklists as your own material, is not permitted without written consent.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their owners; nothing here claims any right in them.
9. External links
We link to external sources, including platform documentation, so claims can be verified. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
10. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
- Do not introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape or resubmit forms abusively.
- Do not misuse the enquiry forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
11. Liability
The website and its free content are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Moolah Media is not liable for loss arising from decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website and services develop. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last materially revised; continued use of the site after an update means the current version applies.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.
