In brief
- The weakest number in the dataset is published, not omitted.
- Click-through rates are reported as clicks, not as bookings.
- The next lever is capture, not more impressions.
The situation
Strong top-of-funnel visibility does not guarantee capture. The question was where demand was being served in search but not converted into a click or a booking.
What the period showed
Visibility work produced substantial impression volume, while the page-level breakdown shows where that demand is not yet being captured. Both are reported together rather than selectively.

The Honest Read
The interesting number here is the weak one.
In five months, 124,501 people were served the reservation page in search results. Just over one percent clicked. That is not a failure of the work above it — the impressions exist because the visibility work put them there — but it is the clearest remaining opportunity in the dataset.
Most agency reporting stops before this line, because a 1.15% click-through rate is easier to leave out than to explain. It is included here because it is the next lever, and because a report that only contains flattering numbers is not a report.
The fix is not more impressions. It is a reservation page that answers what a guest wants to know before they commit — availability, what is served, what an evening actually costs — and a title and description that earn the click in the first place.
124,501 impressions on the reservation page. 1.15% clicked. The gap between latent demand and captured demand is the next piece of work, not a result to celebrate.

Confidentiality and attribution
The venue in this case study is an established, well-regarded restaurant working with us under a confidentiality agreement, so it is described by market position rather than by name. Every figure is taken from the client's own third-party platform data.
Search, local profile and booking-platform figures are recorded by separate systems and are presented here as parallel indicators over the same period. Where a movement is not directly traceable to a single guest journey, it is described as correlation and commercial context rather than proven causation.
